Fitness Classes

Pee Wee Kickers


Pee Wee Kickers is an introduction to the martial arts for children ages 5 and under.TMA offers a positive and safe environment for children to explore the martial arts and have some fun doing a variety of physical exercises.It’s an excellent intermediate step between the home environment and preschool or kindergarten. Children learn to interact with the group and teacher, with the help and encouragement of a nearby parent.The class introduces a work ethic by gently encouraging the students to do their best, and there’s lots of positive reinforcement from both parent and teacher when they do so.

Youth Classes

Our school has always been a family-oriented school, working to provide the best instruction to youth students as well as adults. Kids learn our standard curriculum at a gradient that's appropriate to them. Our instructors are taught to differentiate instruction based on the needs of the students in front of them so that whatever level the student is, they learn to reach their best potential and have fun doing it.

Tuesday/Thursday 4:15 (6-9 years)

Monday/Wednesday 5:15 (9-12 years)

Tuesday/Thursday 6:00 (all ages/ranks)


Teens and Adults


Our teens and adults learn a complete curriculum of Tae Kwon Do and Arnis, with extra emphasis on fitness and endurance. While all of our students ultimately learn the same techniques, these more mature students learn at a rate and in a manner that challenges them while still being appropriate for their individual level of progress and fitness.

Women's Class


Our women-only class serves as a place for women to train in a friendly, welcoming environment. Although the students in this class work on the same curriculum as all our students, there is some freedom in having a class just with other women.


Women who are concerned with working against men, or who aren’t ready to confront a big guy, who have religious concerns working with mixed genders, or who just want to come to a great class, will find our women’s class a great match. It meets later in the evening to help fit work and family schedules.

Vinyasa yoga is a series of postures linked with breath and movement that helps cleanse the body from the inside out, strengthen and lengthen muscles, increase flexibility and body awareness, and soothe the mind. It is an "all levels" class, therefore anyone is welcome to join. There is always something to work on - from beginners to experienced practitioners.


By learning to move mindfully, we are able to gain strength while preventing injuries, reversing effects from long-term repetitive movements, and restoring balance and health to our bodies.


No yoga classes are currently being offered. We hope to resume in the future.



Our fitness kickboxing classes use martial arts kicks and punches to get a fun, fast-paced workout that's perfect for building endurance and toning muscles.  It is filled with low impact aerobic and a variety of strengthening exercises, as well. Students use punching bags, mitts, and hand weights to increase the challenge of the class. Every class is different, so you won’t get bored, but you will get a great total body workout.
