The Sparring Seminar will start at 11:00 am and run for about an hour and a half. It is intended for all ages and ranks, though primarily geared toward students new to sparring. 

 

We will cover several topics, including sparring safety, sparring rules, basic combos, contact and control, and the differences between free sparring and point/tournament sparring.  Students will learn through both structured drills and sparring sessions with instructor feedback.

The cost of the seminar is $15.00/student - free for students who have registered for the March 30th Championship Tournament. Registration for the tournament is available here.
